Grammatical Sūtra: प्रत्यभिवादेअशूद्रे pratyabhivādeaśūdre

Description:

In answer to a salutation, but not when it refers to a Zûdra, the last vowel of a sentence becomes pluta and gets the acute accent. Source: Aṣṭādhyāyī 2.0
