pratyayasvareṇodāttaḥ. śiṣṭasvareṇa makārādakāro ghakārādakāraścā'nudāttau. tathā ca
maghavanniti rūpamantodāttamiti sthitiḥ. etādṛśamaghavanśabdastu lokavedasādhāraṇaḥ, tasya
chandomātraviṣayatve pramāṇā'bhāvāt. kiṃ ca `vano ra ce'ti sūtre bhāṣyaṃ-
`maghavanśabdo'vyutpannaṃ prātipadika'miti. ayamapi maghavanśabdaḥ phiṭsvareṇāntodātto
lokavedasādhāraṇa eva, chandomātraviṣayatve pramāṇā'bhāvāditi bhāvaḥ. śabdaratne tu `na
