"yattadetebhyaḥ"iti vatupi "ā sarvanāmnaḥ" ityākāro na vṛddhiśabdena vihita iti bhāvaḥ. kāṣāyīti. kaṣāyeṇa raktetyarthe "tena raktaṃ rāgā"tyaṇi ṅīp. haimīti. hemno vikāra ityarthe "anudāttadeśce"tyañ. phalopadhāneti. mimittaśabdaḥ phalopahitaparaḥ. svarūpayogyaparatve tu "vaiyākaraṇabhārya"ityatra puṃvadbhāvo na sidhyediti bhāvaḥ. vyākaraṇamadhīte vetti vā vaiyākaraṇī. "tadadhite tadvede"tyaṇ. sva()āsyāpatyaṃ strī sauva()āī. "tasyāpatyam" ityaṇ. ubhayatra ṇittvātprāptā ādivṛddhiḥ "na yvābhyā"mityanena pratiṣidhyata iti nāyaṃ vṛdiṃ()dha prati phalopahitaḥ, kiṃ tu svarūpayogyaḥ. yadyapyaijāgamanimittatvādvṛdiṃ()dha prati phalopahito'pi bhavatyayaṃ taddhitastathāpi vṛddhiśabdena vihitāṃ vṛdiṃ()dha prati na bhavatīti bhāvaḥ. atra vyācakṣate---sūtre nimittaśabda#ḥ phalopahitaparaḥ, anyathā nimittagrahaṇamanarthakaṃ syāt. vṛddhistaddhitasyetyukte'pi nimittatvameva sambandha iti vṛddhinimittaṃ yastaddhita ityarthalābhāt. tena vṛddhirityayamartho labhyate. anyathā phalopahitaparatvalābho niṣphalaḥ syāt, uktadoṣatādavasthyāditi. amāninīti vaktavyam. sukeśīti. "svāṅgāccopasarjanā"diti ṅīṣ. akeśeti. "sahanañvidyamāne"ti niṣedhānṅīṣabhāvaḥ.
