gauḥ, rāṅkavāyaṇo gauḥ. amanusye iti kim? rāṅkavako manusyaḥ. nanu ca raṅkuśabdaḥ
kacchādiṣu paṭhyate, tatra ca manuṣyatasthayor vuñ 4-2-134 iti manusye paratvād
vuñaiva bhavitavyaṃ, kacchādipāṭhādamanusye aṇapi siddhaḥ, kim iha manusyapratiṣedhena
aṇgrahanena ca? taducyate, na eva ayam manusyapratiṣedhaḥ, kiṃ tarhi, nañivayaktanyāyena
