Definition: m. a jar, pitcher, water-pot, ewer, small water-jar [often in fine compositi or 'at the end of a compound' (f(ā-).) exempli gratia, 'for example' chidra-k-,a perforated pitcher ; āma-k-,a jar of unbaked clay ; hema-k-,a golden ewer ; jala-k-,a water-pot ] etc.
