vāyoḥ gatyā eva bhraman yantram।

vātapeṣaṇyāḥ uparitane bhāge vartamānaṃ bṛhat cakraṃ vāyoḥ gatyā bhramati yena adhastanīye bhāge vartamānaṃ yantraṃ kāryaṃ karoti।
